The boat at the cost of several million roubles is designed for pilotage of submarines and hydrographic survey of the seabed. The launched 295-t inshore survey boat (36.4 m long) is going to pass sea acceptance trials on the Zeya River. Then, the boat operated by an experienced pilot will sail to the Navy base.
Crew capacity: 11 in number. The boat is fitted with the following hydrographic equipment:
- multibeam echo sounder with a data collecting and processing system
- roll measurement system
- meter for speed of sound in water
