It is stated that construction of the type RSD79 ships is a joint project of Kalashnikov Holding, Nobel Shipyard and Vympel Shipyard. The project is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

"Thanks to joining the Kalashnikov Holding and cooperation with the Vympel Shipyard, the production capacity increased by 65% over the past year's fourth quarter. This contributed to the rising salaries," said Oleg Goncharov, the Nobel Shipyard CEO.
