The lead buoy tender BLV01 Lotsmeister-1 has left the water area of Nizhegorodsky Teplokhod Shipyard for its maiden trip. A ceremony of handing over this buoy tender to FSUE Rosmorport will take place at the IMDS-2011 in St. Petersburg. Within a period of July 1 current year through July 1 2014, Lukoil will deliver over 20 ths tons of various lubricating materials, 67 in total, to Sovcomflot. The Russian President has signed the amendments to the Merchant Marine Code of the Russian Federation introducing the liability for bunker fuel pollution damages. The RF Ministry of Transport has published the Russian Government’s resolution drafts granting permission to foreign vessels to operate in the Russian waters. Operation of vessels is scheduled during the construction of offshore sections of gas pipelines in the area of the Kirinsky gas-condensate field and in the Nevelsky Strait and during dredging operations in the Taman sea port.

A trilateral agreement on investments to set up a new shipbuilding enterprise on the Kotlin Island was signed at the 15th St. Petersburg Economic Forum in St. Petersburg. The Government of St. Petersburg, United Shipbuilding Corporation and Admiralty Shipyards JSC are to invest nearly RUR 35 bln. The project implementation period is 8 years. The output of metal products will be 120 ths tons annually.
