Sovcomflot Receives Multipurpose Ship Yevgeny Primakov. Acceptance certificate of the ice class multipurpose ship Yevgeny Primakov was signed at Arctech Helsinki Shipyard, part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation on 26 January. That is the type Aker ARC 121 ship and is the last one from the series of 4 ice class ships built in Helsinki for Sovcomflot, the largest Russian shipping company.
