The Court of the Leningrad District of Kaliningrad fined the Administration of the Baltic Fleet for 4.5 mln. RUR for unreliable declaration of diesel fuel by the tanker of auxiliary fleet “Olekma”. Undeclared “residues” in the amount of 9 mln. RUR (over 500 tons) were found on the vessel.

Vladimir Putin approved to provide 22 bln. RUR as a loan to “Severnaya Verf” to fulfil the state defense order. It is expected that “Sberbank”, “Alfa-bank” and “VTB” will provide loans totalling about 20 bln. RUR to “Severnaya Verf” for a period until December 31st, 2015.

A rawler (anti-mine vessel) of 12700 project for the Russian Navy was laid down at JSC “Sredne-Nevsky Shipyard” in Saint Petersburg. The vessel will be ready to be launched in 2012. The enterprise belongs to JSC “USC”.

Strategic submarine of the Pacific Fleet (PF) “Saint George the Victorious” suffered damages of the external hull on the 21st of September in the Avacha Bay as a result of collision with seiner “Donets”. The seiner carried out collision avoidance actions with small trawler “Kormchy” and did not notice submarine “Saint George the Victorious” remaining off the harbour. The blame lies with the captain of the civil vessel, who did not notice sidelights on the submarine.
