The barge with coal sank in the morning on Tuesday in Amur Liman in Khabarovsk Krai. The Far East transport prosecutor's office carries out an inspection upon the incident, the press service of department reports on Tuesday.
"Today, about 07:00 in the morning (local time), when following along a route Seaport Nikolaevsk-on-Amur - the field camp Unchi, Okhotsk region of Khabarovsk Krai in Amur Liman the towed unmanned BPM-105 barge sank. The vehicle transported coal, shipowner - JSC Khabarovsk River Trade Port, - as said in the statement.
Upon the event the Far East transport prosecutor's office organized check of observance of requirements of the legislation on safety of float.

Negotiations on construction of frigates of the project 11356 for India at Baltic shipbuilding plant "Yantar" in Kaliningrad can be completed in the nearest future. On Thursday the Indian ambassador in the Russian Federation Pankaj Saran reported about it to journalists.
