Yury Borisov: Nothing prevents from proceeding with construction of type 11356 frigates

The Deputy Minister of Defense declared that Russia have settled the issue of engine supply for these ships. Borisov stated that now the ships are to be assigned by the Navy.
"Nothing prevents from proceeding with construction of type 11356 frigates," said the Deputy Minister of Defense Yury Borisov during his visit to Saturn Research and Production Association in the town of Rybinsk.

"Their keels are laid and they are currently at different levels of availability; their construction was stopped just because of the absence of propulsion plants and now nothing prevents from proceeding with their construction. These ships will be assigned by the Navy," said Borisov, as reports the press-office of the Ministry of Defense.
