The Ministry of Defence informed about the trials of a new generation type 22800 ship.
The first stage trials of the type 22800 small missile ship Uragan started in the Ladoga lake, as reported the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
"The Uragan has left the outfitting quay of the Pella shipyard (St. Petersburg) and proceeded to the first stage of the factory trials. During the trials, the characteristics and functioning of the propulsion, communication, navigation and radar systems are verified. Also, the trial plan provides checking the deck gears including the regular mooring devices", the report states.
