In roughly four weeks the SMM 2018 – the leading international maritime trade fair – hamburg will open its doors and the final planning stage of preparations has started.

Deadline
Please take in account that all prices quoted apply 4 weeks prior to the event. Orders received later will be subject to a
20 % surcharge.
To make sure that proceedings run as smoothly as possible to the satisfaction of all concerned, we need your technical requirements and layouts no later than
August 6th, 2018!
We kindly ask you to place your orders and clear your basked latest until this date. Orders which are still in the shopping basket have not yet been ordered.
In the section “Placed orders”, you can review the current status of the order at any time to be sure that we fulfill everything to your satisfaction.
Please don´t forget to inform your stand builder about this deadline.
Tickets and passes
If your exhibitor passes have not been downloaded or printed yet, we would like to remind you that digital exhibitor passes will be available for you to download in the Exhibitor Ticket Shop. Please prepare your exhibitor passes for your visit.
The shipping of the printed exhibitor passes is therefore no longer required!
