Far East fishing company plans to construct large trawler in Kaliningrad

JSC Preobrazhenskaya Base of the Trawling Fleet which is based in Primorsky Krai, one of the largest fishing companies in the Russian Far East, plans to construct a fishing trawler at the Baltic Shipbuilding Plant (BSP) "Yantar" in Kaliningrad, the vice-president of the government of the Kaliningrad region Alexander Shenderyuk-Zhidkov told TASS on Wednesday.
"The Preobrazhenskaya base of the Trawling Fleet conducts negotiations with Yantar Baltic Shipbuilding plant on construction of a large-scale fishing trawler within the program of investment quotas. This order can become the first heavy-tonnage fishery vessel on the Kaliningrad shipyard for all history of existence of the enterprise", - told Shenderyuk-Zhidkov at the presentation of investment opportunities in Russia which took place in Seoul on October 24-25.
