Shipbuilding plant "Vympel" signed the memorandum with a Greek customer on delivering four vessels "Comet 120M"

Greece and Russia signed the memorandum on delivering four sea passenger ships "Comet 120M", the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Maxim Sokolov heading the mixed Russian-Greek commission on cooperation told journalists.
"The memorandum on four vessels is signed with the Vympel company (which makes vessels), there is no determined contract yet, but we are still open for this interaction because the project is rather successful", - Sokolov told, answering a question of whether Greece has signed the contract for purchase of sea vessels.

In the summer of this year Sokolov reported that Russia had resumed production of such vessels.

Earlier a number of media reported that the cost of the contract can be 6,3 million dollars.
