The last stage of voting for the names of the new Russian weapon presented by Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia in the beginning of March started on the MoD
website.
Russians have an opportunity to choose names for the nuclear-powered cruise missile, combat laser system and unmanned undersea vehicle.

The three unmanned undersea vehicle name options, Avrora, Poseidon and Priboy, were shortlisted. The earlier leaders, Kraken and Yaz finally missed the shortlist.
At the moment, the most favoured name is Poseidon.
The voting is to be finished on 22 March at 20:00 Moscow time.
