She is very strong and well built, really is a very outstanding tanker.
We have purpose built this vessel not on speculation but as state of the art for our own use until the end of the ship's life as a natural addition to our constantly growing high quality fleet of tankers.
For the same reason this ship is extremely well maintained hence is forming part of the preventive maintainance system.
The ship is designed with special optimised under-water lines for the best possible open sea performance capability (can send you under-water lines by email).
In order to secure the highest possible standard, the vessel was built (and kept) under superfision of DNV.
In order to treat the engines and boilers with the utmost care and protection, since the vessel was built only motor gasoil has been consumed (Heavy fuel has never been considered despite the potential savings).
She is very strong built and ice-strengthened to Finnish ice class "1B".
She has high capacity screw type cargo pumps which in particular is ideal for heavy type/high viscocity cargoes (but light cargoes, too).
She is top equipped with high heat cargo capacity (100 C), IMO II,shaft generator, more than sufficient capacity on inert generator, engines and boilers, etc.etc.
Accomodation is like a private home.
