The conference on the development of oil and gas resources of the Russian Arctic shelf RAO / CIS Offshore 2015 - the most important industry event, including 2 plenary sessions and 10 roundtables on technical and economic issues. Leading Russian and international companies will share their experience in shelf industry and discuss various aspects such of international and interregional cooperation.
RAO/CIS Offshore Conference will begin with the first plenary session in the format of the discussion "The role of offshore oil and gas Arctic resources in global energy security in the 21st century". Deputy Prime Minister A.Dvorkovich, Energy Minister A.Novak, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment S.Donskoy are planning to take part in the meeting.The heads of major Russian oil and gas companies have been invited to this session.

Forum RAO/CIS Offshore on the right is a national key event on the offshore development. In 2015 Conference and Exhibition will take part an unprecedented number of Russian companies: more than 170 domestic enterprises will showcase their developments in the field of offshore oil and gas resources.International participation is represented by companies from Norway, Germany, France, China, Azerbaijan. At the conference sessions will be heard more than 220 presentations.
Conference and Exhibition RAO / CIS Offshore 2015 will be held 15-18 September in St. Petersburg, Lenexpo.
