Training Division produced a wide range service for training and assessment seafarers.
1. In-house training.
We are working out comparatively new ones grounded on IMO recommendations and meeting the requirements of the Conventions SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, TMSA Guide, USA Code of Federal Regulation, Code of Safe Working Practices, OPA-90 and some other documents relating to the sea shipping.
2. Assessment of Seafarers.
We perform professional's skills assessment with the use of the following technologies: Simulator, CBT, and Psychometric assessments. For the Company is most important - what Seafarers knows, and how it could be used in reality. Therefore, we could provide any type of assessment and submit to shipowners reliable information relating to seafarers' competency.
3. Incidents assessment.
We are maintains the standalone simulators' operation ability, as well as readiness for detailed analysis of incidents and investigation of their causes. We could review the incidents are presented by ship owners and include it into the training process and assessment.
4. Seminars and conferences.
The annual Company's Seminars and Conferences for officers which are devoted to any marine industry issues is our effective key aimed close co-operation between Shipowners and Marine staff.

Travel Arrangements As Most Important Key For Save Crew Operation.
In view of successful crew rotation, the travelling issue is one of important keys in safe Human Resource Operation.
That is why we have established the Travel Division in our office, with personnel who successfully completed the Travel Operator's course and got familiar with the booking terminals such as Amadeus, Gabriel, and Serena.
In-house travel arrangements gave us excellent possibility to perform air-line and hotel bookings all over the world, 24 hours a day and 365 days an year.
We keep full responsibility for crew delivery on board, visas arrangements, lost luggage investigation and safe delivery home after contract completion. Our staff shows immediate reaction for crew attendance while seafarer’s travelling in case of a missed flight or change of vessel’s destination.
On behalf of our Clients we use the special Seaman Fares allowing us to operate cost efficiently and free of penalty in case of flight cancelation or revalidation.
